EXPECTATIONS OF VOLUNTEERS

  • Volunteers will have various roles and below we have listed a few.  We will provide training either the day before or the day of the conference, depending on your role.

  • Assist with set up and sign up for networking event

  • Assist with name badges and distribution of literature and swags the day before the event

  • Set up and managing the registration table the day of the conference

  • Room attendant in the break out sessions

  • Assist attendees, speakers, and sponsors by answering questions

  • Directing attendees to the appropriate areas for breakout sessions

  • Assist sponsors with loading in material and set up of their booths

  • Serve as a back-up in various roles
